Documents You Upload

When you upload a PDF for analysis, we temporarily process it to generate summaries, insights, and enable chat functionality. Your document is deleted immediately after processing completes — typically within 60 seconds. We do not retain copies of your documents.

Account Information

If you create an account, we collect your email address and name. This is used solely for authentication, billing, and essential service communications. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Usage Analytics

We collect anonymized usage statistics (pages visited, features used) to improve our service. This data cannot be linked back to individual users. We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled.

We do not use your documents to train AI models. Your content remains yours and is never used for any purpose beyond providing you with analysis results.

• Secure Infrastructure: Hosted on Vercel with SOC 2 compliance

We use the following third-party services to operate QuickDoc:

• OpenAI: For AI-powered document analysis (data processed per OpenAI's enterprise policies)
• Stripe: For secure payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
• Vercel: For hosting infrastructure (SOC 2 Type II certified)
• Google Analytics: For anonymized usage statistics

Each service is carefully vetted for security and privacy compliance. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.
